Objective

To sensitize and enable senior-year students of colleges to be better prepared for post-academic rigor in the corporate, business, and enterprise world.

Approach

The “Mind-the-Gap” Workshop Series is intended to be a ground-up, collaborative, and inclusive effort. The sessions are based on intensive, hands-on, interactive session design.

The workshop series has three phases:

  1. Phase 1: Kick-off Workshop
    • Set the tone, intentions, and expectations from the workshop series.
    • Identify the top 5 gaps, prioritize them, and firm up action plans for next workshops.
    • Conducted with students of both programs across 2 sessions.
    • Facilitators and enablers: Mahesh Baxi and Ketan Hajarnavis.
  2. Phase 2: Gap Workshops
    • Based on the top 5 gaps, Mahesh and Ketan conduct 5 workshops.
    • Each workshop is split into 2 sessions to cater to students from both programs.
    • Facilitators and enablers: Mahesh Baxi and Ketan Hajarnavis.
  3. Phase 3: Round-up Workshop
    • Round up learning from previous workshops and use it as a consolidated framework for the way forward.

Capacity and Duration

Each workshop/session is expected to have about 50-70 students from across various colleges.
